INTERVIEW | Craig Hall feeling good ahead of Widnes clash

Hall says although the Dons are happy with their start to life in the Betfred Championship they're still focussing on finding consistency in their performances.

Hall joined Doncaster RLFC ahead of the 2024 campaign bringing a wealth of quality and experience and is looking to use that to help the team execute their game plans.

"We've definitely got some rugby in us, we just need to find that balance of managing games, knowing when it's time to play and when it's time to complete," he said.

Discussing how the Dons will approach the trip to Widnes so soon after the last clash in the Challenge Cup Hall said, "Obviously when we went there in the cup we let ourselves down but learned a lot of lessons. The first half we gave away to many errors and left ourselves with far to much to do in the second half.

"Widnes have been playing well this year so we know Sunday will be a challenge."

Looking at Doncaster's start to the 2024 campaign he went on to say, "I'm really enjoying this season, I was frustrated to miss the couple of games I did through a niggle but I'm feeling good now. I still think we're finding out more about each other as the weeks go on and I'm just trying to be involved in anything positive that we do and if that helps us towards a win I'm happy."
